Rise above the every day as you start your adventure early and capture incredible sunrise views over Palm Jumeirah! For those sunrise lovers, enjoy the opportunity to see the sun as it wakes up the breathtaking city of Dubai. Any tickets booked for the Sunrise Pass, will also receive complimentary gifts: adults receive a complimentary soft beverage in The Dubai Balloon Lounge and a photo to commemorate the experience. Children will receive a complimentary water and a The Dubai Balloon cookie to indulge in.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
  • If you want to be one of the lucky guests to witness the sunrise, please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before sunrise time on the day of your booking to ensure you can be on one of the flights that take place during sunrise.
  • Guests who arrive after sunrise and before 9 AM will still be eligible to receive a complimentary beverage in the lounge and a complimentary picture (6 inch x 8 inch) of their experience.
  • Guests who have booked a Sunrise Pass and arrive between sunrise and 9 AM can use the parking lot at The Avenues at Atlantis to self-park their vehicle.
  • Once arrived at The Avenues, please visit The Dubai Balloon ticketing office to receive your wristband.
  • There will be an opportunity to upgrade your ticket to a Fast Pass on-site, should you wish to.

Operational hours for the Sunrise Pass to vary according to sunrise time:
  • January: 7 AM – 9 AM
  • February: 6:30 AM – 9 AM
  • March: 6 AM – 9 AM
  • April – July: 5:30 AM – 9 AM
  • August : 5:45 AM – 9 AM
  • September – October: 6 AM - 9 AM
  • November: 6 AM – 9 AM
  • December: 7 AM – 9 AM
